Creative action: Pulling colored strings in public spaces.

Since 1996 South Africa has had its new Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. No apartheid anymore. According to law everyone can move everywhere. No boundaries any longer.
How do mental boundaries change?
How do old daily habits of wandering in the city change?
How can people be free to move as they please?
