Creative action: Pulling colored strings in public spaces.
Since 1996 South Africa has had its new Constitution of the
Republic of South Africa. No apartheid anymore. According to
law everyone can move everywhere. No boundaries any longer.

How do old daily habits of wandering in the city change?
How can people be free to move as they please?
